What happens after you checkout?

We will connect you with an idHAIR expert, who will get in touch for a FREE 1 hour video or phone consult (your choice), to discuss your salon, clients and the hybrid colour system that allows you lots of freedom, flexibility and creativity when it comes to hair colour results.

We’ll then ship out your order and it’s official! You are part of the idHAIR family.

Terms & Conditions

• You must choose 65 different colour shades, you cannot purchase multiple of the same shade.
• As part of the 65 shades, you must include 1 of each of the Hair Paint Ink tubes (6 tubes in total).
• Once you receive your colours, you cannot make requests to swap out colours for other options.
• This Bundle can only be purchased by first time customers, who have never made an idHAIR Professional range purchase before (aside from the idHAIR Salon Starter Pack Bundle).
• Only 1 Bundle can be checked out, you cannot add multiple Bundles to your cart (any additional Bundles purchased will be cancelled and refunded).
• You must be a Trade/Professional customer in order to purchase this Bundle.
